Villa Oceania is a new 2 Bedroom (sleeps 4/6) Detached luxury villa in Ayia Thekla, with views of the sea less than 500 metres away. This area is becoming one of the most sought after locations in Cyprus and it's not hard to see why! This beautiful area is free from commercial development - you won't see any shops, hotels or McDonalds.

 This quiet stretch of unspoilt coastline boasts the lovely Blue flag Ayia Thekla beach at one end and the little fishing harbour and sandy cove at Potamos harbour at the other, which is within walking distance away. There are many more beaches with watersports etc, coves and stunning scenery to discover by car. Villa Oceania is adjacent to farmland, and its not unusual to see the local herdsman with his goats in the field nearby.

Close by is Potamos Harbour with our villa visible in the distance. Ayia Thekla Beach and the little island you can swim to which keeps the waves away. Our favourite beach picture above with parasol is Landa Beach.

Larnaca International Airport is approx 40 kms away which takes about 35 mins on the motorway. We can arrange for you to be collected and/or returned to the airport upon request.
